Remortgaging a Property
1. Inform your lawyer that you wish to remortgage
2. Your lawyer will request searches for the property you are remortgaging (if applicable) or else obtain search insurance.
3. Your lawyer will request a redemption figure from your lender for your current mortgage (if applicable)
4. Your lawyer will send you a mortgage deed to sign and return
5. Your lawyer will request any mortgage funds from your lender
6. Your current mortgage will be redeemed (if applicable)
